I joined Notts County as a 9 year old, and then signed for Nottingham Forest as a schoolboy, where I spent over 6 years, graduating from the academy set up. I then moved to the lower leagues in Scotland briefly , before becoming a scholarship athlete at The University of Stirling. I started coaching whilst still playing, doing my initial badges at Forest, before completing my UEFA B License in the season 2013/14. Having stopped playing mainly due to injury, I have developed my coaching experience within a number of boys academies including Falkirk FC and Nottingham Forest. I was lucky enough to coach elite scholarship players in the US during the summer of 2013, before spending short spells learning more of my trade with coaching staff at Valencia CF, Feyenoord, FC Porto and Fulham FC.

I joined CAWFC in 2014 supporting the U16's and have been with the club since. My role now as First Team Coach, is delivering coaching sessions for the First Team squad, trying to help them develop technically, tactically and mentally, as individuals and as a team. And I love it.

Outside of the club, I work for a company called Deloitte during the day, and I am an Ambassador for an initiative called The-Transition-Phase (@TheTPhase), who support elite athletes with their career transition. I am also a Diversity and Equality Mentor.
