The Charlton Women's team travel to Belgium this weekend to play Standard Liege Women in a friendly match
The Addicks Women's 1st Team squad continue their preparation for the start of the FA Women's Premier League in two weeks time with a weekends training and a match against Standard Liege Women's 1st Team.
Liege are the current champions of the BeNe (Belgium - Netherlands) Women's League having finished as runners-up in the previous 2 seasons.
Liege will be playing in the 2015/16 Women's Champions League and have been given a bye into the last 32 alongside England's Women's Super League teams Liverpool and Chelsea. Liege are rated as 17th best team in Europe one place ahead of Chelsea Ladies.
Liege competed in the 2014/15 Women's Champions League but were eliminated in the qualifying round when they finished runners-up in their group.

The Addicks Women's team will take on Liege on Sunday afternoon - ko 2.30pm at Academie Robert Louis-Dreyfus, Allee du Bol d'Air 13, 4031 Angleur, Belgium. After the match the team have been invited to stay and watch the local team play SV Zuite-Waregem.

Bring some DVDs - High School Musical DVD's will incur a FINE !!
Remember to bring your black Avec Training shorts as we may have to play in them as Liege wear Red & White
Training and the match will be on Astro/3G - bring the right foot wear!
Hotel has a gym but not a swimming pool
Weather shows 25 degrees Sunday so some sun screen might not go a miss
Estimated return time to Sparrows Lane - Op Stack permitting - is 5.30-6pm Monday evening
