We've bought 150 poppies to wear on our kits on the weekend of 8th & 9th November Remembrance Weekend
We are encouraging our players and coaches to wear poppies on their kits in our matches on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th November. This year sees the 100th Anniversary of the start of World War I.

In support of the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal the club have purchased 150 fabric poppies from @Poppies4Kits which just peel off and stick on our kit.

The sale of poppies by @Poppies4Kits has already raised over £18,000 for the Royal British Legion.

By purchasing 150 poppies we have already donated £95 to the Royal British Legion but we would like to raise much more for this wonderful charity who support the Armed Forces Community.

So we are asking all our players to make a donation (minimum £2) which you can give to your coach or Sue at training next week. We will then give the poppies to your coaches to put on the kit for our matches on Sat 8th & Sun 9th November

Why not show your support like us and add a poppy to your Twitter profile -
