Role: First Team Performance Analyst (Voluntary)
*Please note that this is not a full time role and is not a paid position.
Charlton Athletic Women are one of the biggest names in women’s football, with a fantastic history. With successful seasons recently within the FA Women’s Premier League South Division and cup competitions, the club are now working towards the next tier of women’s football.
Recently appointed as a Regional Talent Club by the FA, with brand new facilities shared with the men’s team at Sparrows Lane Training Ground, and a new kit agreement with Hummel in place, the club are developing and strengthening on and off the field to build for a successful 2017/18 campaign.
As part of these plans to strengthen and grow, the club are now looking for a First Team Performance Analyst to work alongside the First Team Manager and coaching staff. There is a great passion and ambition to improve and take the club forward, and this is what the club are looking for in this individual.
The key skills and experience that are required are as follows:
Experience of using video/performance analysis systems
Experience of coding and segmenting match footage to the needs of coaching staff
Working towards, or a passion for football analysis
Reliable and flexible to the nature of elite football
Available for Sunday matches and training nights from time to time
Experience within Women’s football
Experience of player and performance analysis
