Charlton Athletic Women will host Tottenham Hotspur Ladies in the league this Sunday in what will be a third and second place clash at the top of the table.

The Addicks are just four points below Spurs in the league and they can come into the game with a lot of hope after Tottenham have lost their last two games on the spin whereas Charlton won their last game against the London Bees.

Manager Riteesh Mishra remains confident of his team pulling off a result.

"Fortunes have favoured us the last two weeks, a decent performance against London Bees put us in this situation, so I think now results have gone our way we feel confident.

"We've been pretty formidable at home. If we can get people to come down to support us and drive us through the game, it really helps." Said Mishra.

With a superior goal difference and having lost the same amount of games all season as Spurs, the reds can go into this game feeling that they can pull off a result. A Charlton win will help to keep Durham from overtaking them in the league and close the gap on Spurs to one point.

Tickets are available on the gate priced at £6 for adults or £2 for concessions and fans can purchase a 2019/20 season ticket inside the ground.
