Charlton Athletic Women are looking for a new head coach to join the club to look after the club’s newly formed U21's team.

Charlton Athletic Women are one of the biggest names in women’s football, with a fantastic history. With successful seasons recently gaining promotion in to the FA Womens Championship, and a competitive third place finish last season, the club continues to build on and off the field. With a recent restructure to the club, Charlton Athletic Women go in to the 2019/20 season with a newly formed Under 21's team.

With this, we have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Head Coach to work closely with the Senior coaching and management team, whilst managing the Under 21's team. The responsibility of the Head Coach is to firstly develop and improve the club's high potential players (16-21 year olds), help facilitate the pathway from academy to senior first team football, and play a part in creating a environment for the players to thrive.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within football, working within the Women’s game and knowledge of youth player development.

-           UEFA B License qualified coach

-           Previous experience working within football - ideally women's and girls

-           A passion for developing players

-           Willing to learn and be part of a player centric environment
