Issy Hunter netted a brace & Morgan Mitchell was also on target as the Addicks & Royals Under 17's finished all square at Coldharbour on Saturday morning
Charlton U17's 3 Reading U17's  3

The Under 17's took on Reading for the first time this season and looked to continue their unbeaten run since the start of the Female Development Programme.

With Charlton giving the possession away at easily it did not take long for Reading to capitalize on our generosity to go two up inside twenty minutes.

The Addicks then started to make strides into the game with several long range shots that went just wide.

With the first half ending at 0-2 it was looking difficult for Charlton to get back into the game. But with self believe installed during the break it only took ten minutes to get back on level term’s with goals coming from Isabel Hunter and Morgan Mitchell.

The Addicks then took the lead for the first time with a second goal from Isabel Hunter and looked to have sealed a win only for The Royals to equalise in the last period of the game
