Having won promotion on the pitch to the FA Women's Championship we are looking to strengthen our Development team squad.
We are inviting applications from players aged 16-20 who believe they have the ability to play at FA Women's Championship League level.
We have fantastic facilities and resources which we share with Charlton Athletic Mens 1st team, tremendous ambition as a club, and with the staff we have, that are supporting everything from strength and conditioning to performance analysis and nutrition, we believe we have a great environment and proposition for players to improve and achieve great things.
The Development team train twice a week at Charlton's training ground and players are expected to do additional conditioning work outside of this.
Our Development team is our pathway to the 1st team for players aged 16-20 years.
Trial applicants MUST have played at WSL Development or FAWPL level (or equivalent in their home country) or be graduating from an RTC this summer. We will consider applications from players from lower level leagues but this must be supported by a statement from your current manager or coach.
