Our Women's and RTC (Girls) trials are now complete and all players have been notified of the results - Congratulations to those girls who were selected
The Charlton Athletic Girls teams have an outstanding record in recent seasons competing in the Capital Girls Cup, the Capital Girls League and tournaments such as the ESF Festival of Football. This success coupled with our top quality set-up and coaching was recently rewarded when we were successful in gaining a FA RTC Licence.

Our trials were held on the new full-size 3G pitches at the Charlton Athletic Football Club Training Ground in New Eltham. The new 3G pitches are the first phase of a multi-million pound re-development of the training ground which will include an indoor training area & 3 storey building which will house a gym, hydro-pool, physio suite, offices and a cafeteria. These facilities will be available to the Women's & Girls set-up and and our excellent support staff of physios, sports scientists & strength & conditioning coaches. Training for all our clubs teams will take place at the training ground.
Our RTC teams train twice a week and play weekly in a fixture programme. The U16s & U14s play in RTC League on Saturdays whilst the U12s & U10s will be playing in the Tandridge Youth League on Sundays

Regional Talent Clubs will be running teams at U10/12/14/16 level for 2016/17 season

U10 - born between 1st Sept 2006 and 31st August 2008 - School years 4 & 5 primary

U14 - born between 1st Sept 2002 and 31st August 2004 - School years 8 & 9 secondary
U16 - born between 1st Sept 2000 and 31st August 2002 - School years 10 & 11 secondary

All players must live within 90 minutes travelling time from their home address to our training ground post code SE9 2JR

Girls who play for a RTC club are not permitted to train with or play for another club.

We are looking for talented and committed players with aspirations to play at FA Women's Premier League level. We are particularly keen to offer trials to players leaving Centres of Excellence or those from WSL & FAWPL clubs looking for a new challenge. We are also happy to offer trials to those who have provenly excelled at lower level clubs.
We will be running three senior teams in 2016/17 - 1st, Reserves & Development
Players will need to be prepared to train twice a week and also to commit to playing every week throughout the football season. You will need a good basic level of fitness as trials will include fitness as well as football.
