Ahead of Charlton Athletic Women’s fixture at The Valley on Saturday, October 12th, the team have been out in the community visiting schools, clubs and sports team.

Jenna Legg and Charley Clifford recently visited Swanscombe Tigers where they delivered a very special coaching session.

“We all started football kicking around with a local youth team, so it’s enjoyable to come back and give back to the next generation of players” said Jenna Legg

“The kids all smiled when we arrived and the most important thing at their age is to enjoy sport whether you are female or male.”

Swanscombe Tigers won a special competition and will now be leading the teams out for Charlton Athletic Women’s Saturday match at The Valley on October 12th.

“We have a big match at The Valley against Aston Villa and we need as many fans as possible to cheer us on. We’ve seen a lot of Women’s team achieve high attendances for matches in the main stadium this season, so we now ask every Charlton fan to come out and support us.

Tickets for Charlton Athletic Women v Aston Villa Women on Saturday, October 12th (3pm) are on-sale now. Ticket prices will rise on the day to £10 for Adult and £5 for concessions so the cheapest way to secure your place at The Valley is to buy online in advance.
