Charlton 9-0 Godalming Town (Ryman Womens Cup)

The Charlton Women`s team progressed to the semi-final of the Ryman Cup with a convincing win over Godalming Town on Thursday night at Sporting Club Thamesmead.
Manager Paul McDonagh made several changes to the starting 11 giving Hope Nash, Daisy Monaghan & Charlotte Lee their first 1st team starts.
The Addicks got off to a great start with Kit Graham curling a low shot past the Godalming keeper afer 4 minutes.
Four minutes later Graham turned provider setting up Charlotte Lee to fire home.
After 21 minutes Lee added her second making no mistake as she met Avilla Bergins cross and a minute later Graham added her second from close range.
With 28 minutes gone Bergin found the back of the net with a thunderous 25 yarder.
On 32 minutes Graham completed her hat-trick heading home Bergins cross and two minutes later claimed her fourth of the game with another header.
Charlton kept up the pressure in the second half and on the hour centre-back Grace Coombs was on hand to apply the finishing touch to a corner.
The Addicks final goal of the game came on 77 minutes when Jenny Newmans shot was well saved by the keeper but the striker headed home the rebound.

The Addicks will be at home to Worthing Ladies in the semi-final - date to be confirmed in January
