The Charlton Women`s team fought back from 2-0 down at the break to take all 3 points at Plymouth.
With the recent heavy schedule of Sunday and midweek fixtures Manager Jeremy Parsons shuffled the line-up to share playing time amongst all the squad.

The Addicks started brightly with Amy Howlett sending over a fine cross which none of her team mates were able to get on the end of.

Kit Graham then crossed from the opposite flank and Nikita Whinnett glanced the ball narrowly wide of the target.

Another Howlett cross saw Graham connect but she was unable to guide the ball home.

A 20 yard strike from Graham flew over the crossbar before Plymouth broke away and forced Addicks custodian Megen Lynch to save at point blank range.

Charlton hit back and Graham threaded a ball through to Whinnett who from a tight angle fired the ball powerfully over the target.

A high long range effort from Plymouth`s Kayleigh Brown flew harmlessly wide.

With 36 minutes gone the home side opened the scoring when poor defending left Jodie Chubb unmarked to fire past Lynch.

Just two minutes later the home side increased their lead when more poor defending saw Mollie Taylor find the back of the net.

The final action of the half saw a free-kick from Charlton skipper Kim Dixson punched clear by keeper Phillips.

It looked like it wasn`t the Addicks day when early in the second half the referee turned down their appeals for a penalty after a blatant handball.

On 52 minutes Gemma Shepherd came on to replace Stef Simmons and it took the striker just four minutes to make an impact as she pulled the ball back to Dixson to fire home from 12 yards.

Just before the hour mark Charlton drew level as Shepherds high dipping effort from 20 yards found the back of the net.

On 64 minutes Charlton took the lead as Kit Graham won possession off Plymouth centre-back Katie Middleton and sent a lofted effort from the edge of the area over keeper Phillips.

With just 10 minutes left Plymouth drew level as Kayley Lane screamer from 35 yards flew into the top corner leaving Lynch with no chance.

Graham then saw another effort headed off the goal-line before Charlton regained the lead as PHSC Player of the Match Shepherd headed home Charley Cliffords corner.

In injury time the Addicks put the result beyond doubt a Emma Harrison fed the ball through to Graham calmly slotted home.

Charlton: Lynch, Paye, Coombs, Pittuck (Clifford 72mins) Flack, Dixson, Hardaker, Howlett, Simmons (Shepherd 52mins), Graham, Whinnett (Harrison 66mins)
