Charlton 5-0 Denham United (Capital Senior Cup quarter-final)

The Charlton Womens Team comfortably progressed to the semi-finals of the Capital Womens Cup on Sunday with Kit Graham and Katie Flack both netting braces.
On a very cold afternoon the Addicks took a few minutes to settle and get into their rhythm on a heavy pitch.
Kit graham opened the scoring after 9 minutes as she chased a great through ball from centre-back Grace Coombs, held off her marker and fired home.
With 25 minutes on the clock Graham sent a free kick into the area which Charley Clifford headed on for full-back Katie Flack to apply the finishing touch for the Addicks second.
Just three minutes later Graham claimed her second of the game heading home Avilla Bergins corner.
Two minutes before the break Graham turned provider sending over an excellent cross which Charley Clifford glanced into the top corner to give the Addicks a 4-0 half time lead.
Charlton continued to control the game in the second half and early on skipper Kim Dixson sent a 25 yard free-kick whistling past the post.
On 63 minutes Katie Flack added her second of the game clinically firing home a pull back from Bergin.
Substitutes Hope Nash & Stef Simmons both came close to adding to the Addicks tally in the closing stages with Nash seeing her effort cleared off the line & Simmons firing inches over from 20 yards.
Charlton now face Old Actonians at home in the semi-final in Fenruary.
