Playing QPR for the third time in three weeks it wasn`t all plain sailing for the Reserves as they had to fight back from 2-1 to make it three wins out of three and secure the League Double over the R`s second string.
Charlton opoened the scoring when Kylie Manktelow rounded the keeper to fire into the empty net.
Rangers hit back before the break with a superb strike from the corner of the area which flew into the top corner giving keeper Megen Lynch no chance.
After the break it was Rangers who took the lead as they beat the off-side trap and although Lynch got her hand to the shot she couldn`t keep it out of the goal.
The Addicks drew level when midfielder Daisy Monaghan`s corner seemed to evade everyone with Leigh Houlihan tapping the ball home at the far post.
Charlton spurred on by this finished the game strongly and took the lead when sone great work by Manktelow down the right flank saw her send over an inch perfect cross for Darcey Wells to volley home.
The Addicks then made sure of the points when another attack down the right saw Georgia Pearch send over a cross which was met by Wells for her second goal of the game.

There were plenty of goals too at the Development game as the seniors ran up their third victory of the day at Sparrows Farm.
The team featured three of Kim Dixsons Under 16 team, two making their senior debuts, and this impressive win saw our young team move above their opponents into second spot in the SE Counties Womens league.
Emily Ashcroft netted twice on her senior debut whilst Lucy Kerr also claimed her first senior goal. Victoria De Waal found the back of the net for the third game running and leading scorer Charlie Spice headed home her 5th of the season.
Also making her senior debut was Chloe Francis who put in a good performance too.
