The Addicks completed a league double over basement side Keynsham on Sunday to move up to 5th in the league
The Addicks put twelve goals past west country side Keynsham on the opening day of the season and the return fixture was surprisingly scheduled only a few weeks later.

As with the previous encounter the Addicks dominated play from the kick-off and the Keynsham keeper was forced to make a smart double save early on from Kit Graham and Sam Puttuck.

Minutes later only the woodwork saved the visitors as a thunderous volley from Graham crashed off the crossbar and landed the wrong side of the goal-line.

The Keysham keeper was soon in action again making a smart one handed save from Gemma Shepherd from close range.

After 29 minutes Charlton`s pressure was finally rewarded as Shepherd fired a superb effort from just outside the area into the top far corner of the goal leaving the keeper with no chance.

Just two minutes later the Addicks doubled their lead from a corner kick as skipper & PHSC Player of the Match Katie Flack bundled the ball home after a goal mouth scramble for her first goal for over three years.

A great run and cross from Megan Mulholland then set up Charley Clifford who fired over in the final action of a dominant first half.

After the break the Addicks were soon pressing again and a great dummy from Graham fooled her marker and the striker sent in a low powerful effort which the Keynsham keeper did well to tip round the post.

Ruby Southgate and Emma Harrison then replaced Rosie Paye & Any Howlett as Charlton gave playing time to all their squad.

On 64 minutes Charlton added a third as Graham won possession on the right flank, cut in and drilled the ball just inside the far post.

Harrison then broke through the heart of the visitors defence only to blaze the ball inches over the bar.

A Stef Simmons free-kick was then met by Shepherd who saw her goal bound header tipped over by the keeper.

The Addicks were again denied by the woodwork as Mulhollands speculative 25 yard strike hit the crossbar with the keeper stranded.

With 3 minutes remaining Emma Harrison wrapped up the scoring as she fired home after the keeper had parried a powerful strike from fellow substitute Kris Manktelow.

Charlton: Lynch, Flack, Paye (Southgate 54mins), Coombs, Mulholland, Clifford (Kris Manktelow 73mins), Shepherd, Howlett (Harrison 60mins), Pittuck, Graham, Simmons
