Congratulations to our U13 team who won the Capital London Cup on Sunday to clinch a superb treble having already won the Capital Girls League and Cup
VE Day celebrations and Chelsea Mens home game made travel to North Greenford United FC difficult for the team who only had 25 minutes to prepare for the game.

Infront of a big crowd the team started shakily and went 1-0 down after 7 minutes when poor marking from a corner saw the Tottenham striker tap home from close range.

The young Addicks began to find their feet and after 25 minutes drew level when Millie`s long range free-kick deflected off the wall and into the net.

The teams went in level at half-time with everything to play for.

Charlton took the lead after some great team football when Player of the Match Grace L slotted the ball home at the far post.

With 10 minutes to go Tottenham equalised with a powerful strike from 10 yards giving keeper Eleanor no chance.

Extra-time looked to be on the cards but with just 4 minutes left a superb strike from Millie from just inside the half flew into the top corner to clinch the cup for Charlton.

Well done to all the squad, coach Megen and our two coaches for the final Richard and Mark.
