Beth Bunker & Maddie Reynolds both netted hat-tricks as the Development Team stormed to victory against Dartford at Sparrows Lane on Sunday afternoon
The early stages of the game saw the two teams testing each other out and getting used to the large 3G pitch which is the same size as the pitch at The Valley.

The Addicks soon started to take control and opened the scoring as the speed of Beth Bunker down the right flank saw her break clear and slot the ball under the on-rushing keeper Ellisha Duffield-Goodyear.

Minutes later Bunker broke through again sending a powerful shot into the far corner of the goal.

Dartford quickly hit back as the Addicks lost possession in midfield and were made to pay the price as the visitors pulled a goal back.

The visitors joy however was short lived as an excellent run from right-back Tia Bailey set up Liberty Morrice-Bartlett to curl the ball from the edge of the area over the keeper into the top corner of the goal

Charlton were now really beginning to hit their stride and left-back Amy Nash added a fourth when she latched on to a lose ball & fired home from 20 yards into the roof of the net.

Centre-back Phoebe Chapman picked out Player of the Match Beth Bunker with a measured pass and the winger out paced the Dartford defence to cooly claim her hat-trick.

The final goal of the 1st half saw Bunker set up Maisie Joyce to clinically fire home.

The Addicks first goal in the second half came courtesy of a superb Amy Nash corner which was powerfully headed home by Maisie Joyce.

Shortly after Maddie Reynolds broke through the heart of the Dartford defence to fire home goal number eight.

Vicky Mahy then marked her Charlton debut with a goal by volleying home from 6 yards.

Two late goals from Maddie Reynolds saw her claim her hat-trick and take the Addicks tally to 11. The first a shot from the edge of the area that clipped the crossbar on its way in giving the keeper no chance. Reynolds kept the best till last as her magical footwork lost her marker leaving her free to fire home her 3rd.

Charlton Squad: Andrews, T.Bailey, Shields, Chapman, A.Nash, Bunker, Stanley, E.Bailey, Joyce, Kilinc, Morrice-Bartlett, De Waal, Reynolds, Mahy.
