A Chloe Brown goal saw the Addicks send Surrey League leaders Carshalton to their first defeat in three years
A very good competitive game with both teams wanting to win and keep their unbeaten runs going. The first half was very tight with Charlton keeping possession but Carshalton were closing the Addicks down and making it hard to play.

Their were very few chances for both teams in a tight first half. With with a good strike from Lauren Parsons just going over.
Carshalton had the best chance of the half when the Charlton defence failed to clear and their player shot over the target from the edge of the box with the Charlton keeper off her line.

In the second half Charlton dominated and played more direct.

The goal finally came from Chloe Brown twisting and turning in the penalty area before firing home to make it 1-0 with 20mins remaining.

The Charlton defence stayed firm and didn`t look like conceding after the goal.

The Addicks could have extended their lead right at the end but Chloe Stewart Wilkin failed to convert a one-on-one chance.

Every Charlton player worked hard and battled for each other to get a great win against a team who haven`t lost in 3 years.

Very hard to pick a player of match this week as every player was outstanding but goes to Beth Bunker for a great display of strength and drive in the middle of the park.

A superb 25 yard strike from Aaliyah pit the Addicks ahead in the 1st minute against Hampstead.
Emily then found the back of the net with another great strike from outside the area which flew into the top corner.
Beth B completed the first half scoring as she also fired home from long range.
An early second half goal from Livi was then followed by another powerful strike from Aaliyah.
Emily then added her second from long range before Bea poinced on a parry from the keeper to net from close range.
The final goal of the game came from Livi who lobbed the keeper.
