Charlton Athletic Women are delighted to announce the signing of Charlie Devlin

The 21-year-old arrives from Manchester United, netting six goals for the Red Devils last season, and is a strong addition to Riteesh Mishra’s side for the upcoming campaign.

Devlin, whose previous clubs also include Millwall Lionesses and Arsenal, has experience in the second tier of women’s football and is looking for another successful season with the Addicks.

Devlin helped Manchester United win promotion to the FA Women’s Super League last season, finishing top of the table in the FA Women’s Championship.

Speaking about joining the Addicks, Devlin said:

“I feel delighted to join because I feel the club has got great ambition, great values and I’m happy to be a part of the journey.

“Charlton has always been a club in mind. They’ve always been competing at the top of the table and with the players we’ve got this year, I’m hoping we can get promotion.

“Hopefully I can score some goals to help the team win and hopefully get the team to where the deserve, which is promotion.”
