Day Two of our training camp was an action packed day of football, spinning, gym and swimming
After an 8am breakfast the first session of the day started at 10am with a 90 minute football coaching session lead by manager Stuart Weston. After a warm up taken by skipper Kim Dixson the team went on to concentrate on passing and communication before putting this to the test in a defence versus attack situation. Although the temperature was in the high 20's the pitch was in excellent condition having been watered over night.

After lunch the girls moved onto the bikes with a 30 minute spinning session taken by qualified spinning instructor and Addicks midfielder Katie-Marie Hardaker. There were a couple of extra participants on this session with manager Stuart Weston and physio Helen Feeney joining in.

Katie then went on to oversee a 30 minute circuit session in the gym before everyone deservedly went off for a cool down in the swimming pool.

The final session of the day was another hour long football session ending in a villa v villa football tennis tournament.

The Addicks should sleep well tonight . . . . .
