Day 3 of our Portugal Pre-Season Training Camp featured football, ice baths and a visit to a water park
Following an 8am breakfast the first session of the day was a 90 minute football training session starting at 10am.

Skipper and House Captain Kim Dixson again took the warm-up session whilst manager Stuart Weston used some of the superb equipment available at Browns Sports Club and set up a formation of mannequins for his coaching session to follow.

The girls worked hard in the hot conditions which included frequent water breaks.

At the end of another very productive session Physio Helen Feeney had a surprise in store for the team after their cool down  . . . .an ice bath. All the team took part . . .some taking longer to get in and others staying for just a short time . . . mentioning no names Stef Simmons & Rosie Paye!!

After lunch the team spent the afteroon at the Aquashow Water Park and it was a real team effort as Manager Stuart Weston, Chairman and Sponsor Stephen King and Club Secretary Sue Prior joined in the action.

Following dinner the girls are now relaxing watching Match of The Day in their villas ready for their match tomorrow against Portugese team A Dos Francos
